A/ This Contract is made by and between the Seller and the Buyer whereby the Seller agrees to sell and the Buyer agrees to buy the under mentioned goods according to the terms and conditions stipulated below:

B/ Shipping advise:
The Seller shall inform the Buyer by fax Invoice, packing details, delivery, in at least within 02 days before delivery date.

C/ Force majeure:
Neither party shall be held responsible for delay or failure of performance of obligations provided for herein when such delay or failure is caused by strikes, fires, floods, acts of God, earth quakes or any law, rule or regulations of any governmental authority of other condition beyond its control which cannot be forecast of provided against, and provided the party subject to such obligations have exhausted all reasonable alternative means of performing the obligation in question.

d/ Arbitration :

All disputes, controversies, or differences, which may arise between the parties, out of or in relation to or in connection with this contract, shall be finally settled by arbitration Committee of Turkey. The award rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding upon both parties concerned.

e/ Incoterms 2000

In case of doubt it is to the interpretation of the commercial terms contained in the presented text, both Parties shall refer to the International Commercial Terms 2000 (Incoterms 2000).





Made in Turkey in English in 02 originals of which 01 for the Seller and 01 for the Buyer. After signing by both parties, this contract will be valid.
